Below is a list of commercial air charter operators, who are ANWR guides seeking clients and who are currently authorized to operate within the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. To be authorized, the company must be licensed as an air charter by the Federal Aviation Administration, meet insurance requirements of the State of Alaska, and have a U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service special use permit for commercial operations in the Refuge.
